In this project I spent two weeks studying the plants and animals of Market Street in the same way that a naturalist might study the Amazon Basin. I hiked the terrain, observed animal life and interviewed natives (the people of Market Street) to obtain an understanding of this urban ecology.

From this study I chose several plants, animals or relationships of organisms living in interesting ways and documented them on large posters along Market Street. The images of the usually overlooked plant or animal was accompanied by a caption that gave the location the organism was found and some insight into how it lives on Market Street.
